By purchasing this ticket, you agree to all terms, conditions and restrictions that may be imposed by the organizer before or during the event.:

1.A ticket must be purchased per individual person (adult/child).

2. Children from 10 to 14 years old are allowed with an adult escort and a separate ticket.

3. The ticket is non-refundable.

4. If the ticket is sold outside the webook platform, it will be canceled without any refund.

5. If the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded.

6. The ticket holder is responsible for checking the event's date, time, venue, and age restrictions. Ticket holders must arrive early at the event venue. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, in which case the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation.

7. Once the venue is exited, re-entry will not be allowed.

8. Ticket holders and their belongings may be searched upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated, including but not limited to: skateboards, roller skates, bicycles or any wheeled sports equipment, strollers of any kind, flags, clothing bearing any sports team logos, and bags larger than 40cm x 35cm x 19cm. Any item deemed dangerous or potentially disruptive by the organizer or venue security may also be confiscated.

9. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food and beverage vendors will be available inside the event venue.

10. Animals are not allowed.

11. The use of professional photography or recording equipment is prohibited at the event venue.

12. By attending the event, the ticket holder consents to the use of photographs, video, and audio recordings that may be used in printed or digital formats or published online.

13. Smoking is not allowed inside the venue, including electronic cigarettes. Lighters and matches are also prohibited, except in designated smoking areas.

14. The organizer is not responsible for any bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or for any loss or damage to personal belongings caused by or related to the event.

15. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

16. All attendees must adhere to public decency standards in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. In case of a complaint, it must be submitted through the "Entertainment Portal" by visiting the website (cx.gea.gov.sa) within a maximum of 3 days from the incident date.
